Our History
We initially set up a coaching and mentoring service called GP-S in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire after a number of GP appraisers started to see growing levels of burnout and loss of wellbeing in GPs across the two counties.
The service offered access to a trained peer coach for all GPs in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire for free. Since 2015, we have supported GPs, nurses and other staff groups in other parts of the UK by managing coaching services for Integrated Care Boards and Training Hubs. We have also supported other organisations by provided coaching and mentoring training to upskill workers with coaching knowledge.
We have continued to ensure we support not just clients but the coaches as well providing them with training, support and guidance to enable them to build a portfolio career.
