Our History
We set up a workforce and wellbeing support project called the Phoenix Programme in 2019 to tackle the retention crisis in general practice in Nottinghamshire. We offered a range of services including one-to-one career advice, signposting, mentoring, education, group support and fellowships. We endeavoured to ensure that all local GPs were able to access support throughout their career. We also now provide support for non-clinical staff.
