This one day course will explore some creative techniques to enhance mentoring and coaching conversations and support our clients’ thinking.

There will be opportunities to share experiences and learn together in small groups. The course is experiential with opportunities to practice new skills and consider their place in the coaching relationship.

The course includes two hours of pre-course work for each delegate. This will include access to an audio presentation led by our trainers providing an overview of the day.

The day starts with interactive activities. There is then opportunities to explore boundary setting and contracting, a demonstration and practice of the TGROW model in small groups. The trainers will then explore additional mentoring tools that could be used again using a demo and the opportunity for all delegates to practice their new skills and a focus on wisdom with hindsight.

After the course, delegates will receive a certificate of attendance which can be used as part of annual CPD. This course is great for established mentors, coaches and facilitators, we provide this developmental course to stretch their practice.
