Wellbeing Workshops

What We Offer

These fun, interactive and reflective wellbeing workshops can help improve wellbeing and allow participants to experience coaching tools to enhance their lives and to share with other. They’re suitable for someone wanting to invest time in self-care, but also for those wanting to experience coaching tools they can then use to support conversations with others in their teams and workplaces.

All sessions are run by our experienced team of trainers and facilitators. Each workshop lasts either one or two hours so would be suitable to run during lunchtime.

Each session can work as a standalone workshop or could be taken as a series that will link. They’re designed as an opportunity to pause, reflect, raise our self-awareness, increase delegates’ sense of personal responsibility and choice, and learn some theory behind what makes us who we are.

The process will be a quick talk followed by a coaching style session where everyone will be given the opportunity to reflect quietly and confidentially on their own issues and develop some SMART goals or next steps to take away from the session.

Coaching techniques to support well-being conversations and appraisals

We believe that great conversations can transform us. Being heard, acknowledged and appreciated can unlock our potential. As managers, appraisers and team leaders you can gift your colleagues with time, listening and non-judgmental support. In this two hour workshop, learn a range of skills to support your conversations with your colleagues whether formal (appraisals) or informal (coffee room catch-ups).


Finding Your Why: what is your mission in life?

Do you ever feel like you are on a treadmill, just plodding on but you can’t remember WHY you got on it in the first place? Do you want to get off to pause and dream about possibilities? Do you sense there are goals out there for you to define and achieve but don’t know where to start? We believe that taking time to feel, think and challenge what we do, even in the smallest step, can lead to transformational results. Join this one hour workshop to discover the WHY of what you do and establish some achievable goals.


Saying goodbye to the Imposter: strengthening self-belief

We believe everyone has great potential and resource to learn and grow. “Imposter Syndrome” (feeling inadequate or lacking in an environment) has shackled people to low self-belief and self-esteem and feeling “stuck”. This one hour workshop will give you time and space to channel healthy self-doubt into positive motivation and throw off “Imposter Syndrome” to realise your potential.


Turning Over the Pebbles: how practicing gratitude improves well-being and self-awareness

Life can present messages that make us feel inadequate and that we fall short of others. Using concepts from positive psychology, gratitude techniques and mindset exercises this one hour workshop will help to boost your positive emotional state and celebrate life.


Calm Encounters with Cacti: embracing prickly conversations and relationships

How often do we avoid a difficult or challenging conversation because the conflict is too uncomfortable, or we lack the skills to communicate well? In this one hour workshop we will use concepts from compassionate communication to help you become more confident and skillful in these areas.
