We have created a course which is suitable for practice managers who are new to the role or who are within their first five years in post.

It is also aimed at aspiring practice managers who may be keen to take the next step in developing their own career or those who are considering succession planning within the next two years. 

The course comprises of a total of eight teaching sessions. Additionally, participants are granted access to an online learning platform where course materials will be shared. This learning platform will act as a place for peer support and discussion between participants. You may be asked to do a short online learning activity between teaching sessions, however this should take no more than one hour of your time each month.

Our first course started in March 2025 and will run until the summer. We hope to run a second course later in the year.
