The Phoenix Programme created six month non-clinical fellowships in April 2024 for ten non-clinical fellows. A second cohort of ten fellows began their fellowship in January 2025.

Fellows work on a range of projects which will provide personal and professional development for the individual and have impact at scale. Projects may be undertaken at a practice level but need to be sharable and replicable. They might be related to identified needs for our Practice Support Toolkit or may be aimed at greater system working e.g. PCN/INTs.

We currently only work with Nottinghamshire non-clinical staff but are happy to speak to other organisations to see if we can support the non-clinical workforce in other areas.
